Child & Family Therapy

Support for the Whole System
When a child is struggling, the ripple effect touches the whole family. Whether it’s anxiety, trauma, behavioral shifts, or emotional disconnection, therapy should never focus solely on the symptoms, it should look at the full picture. That’s why I take a collaborative, systems-informed approach to working with kids and teens ages 9–17.
How It Works
Because kids heal best when families heal together.
Therapy begins with individual sessions with your child, creating a safe, steady space for them to build trust, process what’s hard, and develop tools that work for them. From there, I include family sessions throughout the process. This is because healing is more effective when caregivers are informed, involved, and supported, too.
In family sessions, we’ll review progress, explore dynamics, and shape a plan that keeps everyone moving forward. It’s not about placing blame. It’s about building connection, clarity, and consistency,so your child has the environment they need to thrive.
