Here’s the truth:
You don’t need more coping skills to manage the weight of your past.
What you need is space to heal. A space to show up fully in your life, relationships, and family without just surviving or managing.
Healing means stepping off the sidelines and living... not just coping, but truly existing with freedom, safety, and connection.

Words of Wisdom
"You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the next step. Start where you are and we'll go from there."
Who I Work With
I work with people from all walks of life, but I specialize in women and couples who share one thing in common: a desire to heal from the root and create lasting change.
Women
Together we focus on healing the emotional wounds that shape how you see yourself and how you relate to others. This often includes inner child work, trauma recovery, and learning how to feel safe in your body and your story. I use EMDR, somatic tools, and a grounded, relational approach to guide that process.
Couples
I help couples move out of painful cycles and into deeper connection. Whether you’re navigating past trauma, communication struggles, or emotional distance, our work focuses on rebuilding trust and creating healthier ways to relate. Sessions are structured, supportive, and centered on what each partner needs to feel seen and safe.

Restlessness
A constant inner tension that keeps you from finding peace or calm.
Emotional Flooding
Getting overwhelmed by feelings that come on too fast and won’t let go.
Approval-Seeking
Needing others’ acceptance so much that your own voice gets quiet.
Guardedness
Keeping others at a distance to protect yourself from being hurt again.
Isolation
Pulling away from others even though you crave real connection.
Exhaustion
Feeling drained beyond physical tiredness, like you’re running on empty inside.
Self-Doubt
Second-guessing your worth and decisions, trapped in a loop of “not enough.”
Uncertainty
Feeling stuck between wanting change and fearing what that might bring.
Sometimes the weight we carry isn’t from what’s happening now, but from what’s been held for too long. When you’ve had to stay strong, hide your needs, or grow up fast, it takes a toll. It can shape how you see yourself, how you connect with others, and how safe the world feels.
When you’ve carried too much for too long, it can start to look like:
